Rebeca Monasterio’s career goes back 17 years now, ever since she made her Tarantos debut at the age of 16. Today, she is one of the best-established flamenco dancers in Catalonia and Spain as a whole, with an imposing strength that floods the whole stage. She is accompanied by the Sevillian dancer Jairo Barrull, an artist of international renown with an extensive and well-known career. Together they transmit all the pain and joy of flamenco. The gipsy tocaor Tati Amaya, great-nephew of Carmen Amaya, who has performed in many flamenco shows, and the gipsy cantaor Juanjo de Nayeli, with a majestic voice, as well as other figures from modern flamenco, complete the line-up.
